Notes:
- Advertisement should be provided to
the printer camera ready
if you would like assistance, we can recommend a designer.
- We expect to print 2,000 – 3,000 media
guides.
- Advertisements will be black and
white.
- Please just fill out the form, along
with payment, and you will be contacted in regards to your
advertisement.
- Request for advertisements must be
submitted by March 1, 2007.
